Interactive model showing lower-body placement of wearable inertial sensors

Real-time gait sonification system

(PhD, 2024 to present)

A system that turns an athlete’s movement into sound in real time. Wearable inertial sensors and ZED stereo cameras (with ArUco-marker coordinate matching) feed an adaptive audio engine, with analysis pipelines for annotation and evaluation.

Browser-based tools I built to plan a study: a 3D scan of the Parakiore indoor track, used to position a five-camera ZED array and check its coverage along a 60 m section, plus an interactive model for placing wearable sensors on the lower body.

A transformer framework that learns visual repetition and structure to count objects of any category, related to my master’s research at ANU on class-agnostic object counting. Published at IEEE QPAIN 2026.

A browser-based, interactive 3D model viewer for a New Zealand agricultural machinery distributor, with assembly and disassembly modes, a guided tour and animation controls. Models were prepared and optimised in Blender for real-time display. A VR extension was scoped for a later phase.
